Check deployment categories and filters first, then separate a missing server from an outdated client or maintenance. An empty list alone does not establish an outage.
01 Symptoms and confirmed changes
For an empty list, missing favourite or missing mode, check the selected category. September 29 Update 0.1.2 added Official, Community, Infantry Mode and Low-Level deployment choices and restored advanced filters for official servers.
02 Step 1: check category and filters
Note the category, region and active filters, then clear search text and unnecessary restrictions. Use the community category for community servers. Search the full name and check whether it changed. Alter one filter at a time and observe the result.
03 Step 2: update and check again
Close the game, finish any Steam client update and relaunch. If several regions and categories are empty, check official maintenance notices. If only one server is missing, ask its administrator about a restart, shutdown or name change.
04 Step 3: report reproducible evidence
Record client version, time and time zone, region, category, filter screenshot and the server name. State whether clearing filters helped. Post the reproducible details in the Steam Report a Problem board so filtering and service failures can be distinguished.
Still failing? Prepare a useful report
- Exact error and the action immediately before it
- Game version, system version, time and time zone
- Server name, region and whether another server works
- Checks already tried and their individual results
Sources and scope
Official announcements support the dated changes described above. The diagnostic sequence is this site's editorial advice; no live outage, machine-specific cause or successful fix has been verified here. Check the latest notice before treating an earlier maintenance window as current.
